Frequently asked questions about transfers
Upon your arrival at Rhodes airport you should expect that the estimated time for collecting your luggage is 25-30 minutes. Our company staff will be expecting you at the arrival gate, at the properly configured area with the company logo and will then lead you to your driver.

Rhodes airport is located 14 kilometres west of Rhodes town.
During the summer season Rhodes island is connected with most European airports with direct flights. There are also frequent ferry routes than connect the central port of the country as well as the neaby islands.
Children count as passengers. When booking a transfer you could request a child seat that adjusts to your child’s needs. Child seats have an extra 5 euro charge.
Pets are allowed as long as we are informed via e-mail and providing that there is a vehicle available to provide the transfer. There is a 25 euro extra charge for this service.
Passengers permitted are 1 to 4 and up to 4 pieces of luggage are allowed per vehicle. In case the number of luggage exceeds the permitted limit or in case you want to transfer other items refer to the next question.
Please mention what you need to transfer in your booking so that a specific type of vehicle can be provided for you with a 25 euro extra charge for the service.

Unfortunately you would have to try to make the payment with a different card because cash payment upon arrival or directly to the driver is not available.
To define the pick up time for your departure you should know that for international flights you need to be at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight, in those two hours you have to add the trip duration (for the trip duration from Rhodes airport to the popular destinations and vice versa, refer to question 2) from your hotel to Rhodes airport. For example if you are staying in Rhodes town and your flight departs at 15:00 you would have to leave from your hotel at 12:35 (15:00 minus 2 hours, minus 25 minutes for the transfer from Rhodes town to the airport). When booking your arrival transfer you have to mention your flight number as well as the scheduled arrival time of your flight in order for us to provide the service anytime you arrive.
Our staff at the airport will have placed a sign with your name on our desk in order to welcome you and then lead you to your driver.
Drivers are notified in case of delays of flights or boat trips. Please mention your flight number or the name of the boat when booking your transfer for your better service.
